Proven Roofing Closer Ready to Lead?

MDC Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager to close deals and build a residential sales team. This is for experienced roofing professionals only.

You must:
✔ Have roofing sales experience
✔ Be able to recruit and manage a team
✔ Have a ladder (field inspections required)
✔ Be available afternoons & weekends
✔ Bring hustle and leadership

Pay – Commission Only (No Cap)
50% of profit on your personal sales

15% of profit on team sales

20% when your team closes 20+ homes in a month

Draws and performance bonuses available.

This role requires daily work across the Houston Metro area.
